For the first time, i made muah chee..fuyooo.
lol. been years, u see the chinese eating somegooey stuff covered with peanuts. u just wonder what’s the taste is like. i checked the recipe over internet. and it turns out to be really simple.
I followed her recipe, in case any of you wants to try it at home.

Make sure ur peanut is really fine and not coarse.
You can mix the icing sugar with peanut powder instead of separating them both like the recipe above.
and most importantly, because i had doubts about the amount of water to use, i still use more water and made lumps of the flour, then, i boil it. you gotta be patient so that the flour can be completely cooked. better if u make small lumps rather than big ones so that it can cook a little bit more faster.

btw, when u add in more water to make lumps, don’t put too much and soak it.
If u are considering to steam it rather than boiling, add in more water so that the whole flour mixture becomes a whole. place it on a tray and steam it. till it’s cooked.
